Last Thursday four of our Chess Club students represented Ss Peter and Paul's in the first NR Chess Championship, where our school was very successful! Thank you to Mr Angus and parents for driving the students to Yass and back.

• Congratulations to Jacky Zhu who was first place in the Year 3 Division.
• Congratulations to Hudson Salmon who was runner-up in the Year 5 division.
• Congratulations to Elyas Alkusi who was first place in the Year 6 Division.
• Special mention to Gabe Kerr who represented the school in the Year 4 division

And with the combined scores tallied, the overall winning school was Ss Peter and Paul’s!
