As the year comes to a close I am extremely grateful to all the students, staff and families for their efforts in what has been a challenging year. What I am most grateful for is that we are all well and the efforts we made to stop the initial spread of Covid have paid off. We hope in the new year we can return to a more normal way of running the school. Your support and understanding has been terrific. Thanks sincerely to all families.
Our student leaders have done a terrific job and my thanks to all the students striving to be welcoming, studying hard and to follow our motto- To Lead, To Learn, To Love.
My thanks to some of the less seen workers at our school - Di the canteen, our cleaner Vicki and Steve our Groundsperson.
Thanks to Father Joshy and Father Alex for their support of our spiritual needs.
Thanks to Tracey for her smooth running of our Front Office and Caitlan who has supported her in the second half of the year. My thanks to the School Executive Garreth, Louise and Greg for many hours of extra work.
The staff here do an extraordinary job and strive to be kind, caring and understanding in what are very demanding roles. I hope they enjoy their well earned break.
To all the students, staff and families leaving the school I thank them for their contribution to our community and I wish them well for the future.
Thanks to all for their hard work and I wish all a lovely break.
To all- May Christ bless you and may you have a Happy and Holy Christmas.

My thanks to the Muldrew family who are donating some money towards upgrading our ipads in 2021. It is appreciated.

Due to the current circumstances, please note that parents cannot enter the uniform shop; please wait outside the door. The shop is currently open on Monday mornings 9-9:30 if you need to purchase directly.
Please ensure all clothing is labelled. There is a large amount of clothing in lost property.
We currently have a supply shortage of girls summer dresses. If anyone has a spare or too small dress to donate it would be greatly appreciated.
If you have finished with any school uniform items that are still in good condition, and you have no friends or family to hand it down to, we ask that you consider donating to the uniform shop for our second hand supply rather to local charity shops. AUSTRALIA DAY GOULBURN - YOUNG CITIZEN OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS
We would love to see some schools nominate for young citizen of the year for our upcoming Australia Day, as Goulburn Mulwaree Council and the Goulburn Australia Day Committee are calling for nominations for the local citizen, young citizen and event of the year awards.
Each year the people of the Goulburn area are invited to nominate fellow citizens or events for the prestigious awards. The awards aim to recognise outstanding achievement, or events held, during the past year and/or contribution to the local community over a number of years.
The 2021 Australia Day celebrations will again be carried out at Victoria Park, Goulburn on January 26th, in a COVID Safe manner. Council, along with the Australia Day committee, are planning for as normal celebrations as possible however this will be subject to change and will be dependent on the NSW Government guidelines as we approach January 26th, 2021.
Mayor Bob Kirk called on residents to take the time to nominate a fellow citizen, or a great event.
“Australia Day is an occasion to recognise the significant contributions of many to our region and the local community. We all know of many people who go the extra mile in Goulburn for charity, a sporting club or other community groups – let’s take the time to nominate someone, or an event, for these prestigious awards.”
“Certainly we have not been able to undertake events in a normal manner this year, but we know of many events that have adapted to the COVID-19 restrictions and still been incredibly successful – let’s recognise these achievements.
Nomination forms can be completed online, at www.goulburn.nsw.gov.au/Community/Australia-Day-2021 or use the attached nomination form.
The show will be held on the 6th and 7th March 2021. We appreciate your support of this community event and look forward to your participation in the 2021 Goulburn Show; our show theme this year is "Resilience".
To assist you we have attached a copy of the "Combined Junior Schedule" and a General Pavilion Entry Form. Please note that due to COVID-19 we prefer entries to be submitted online. Entries can be submitted from the 1st February to the 2nd March 2021. Please refer to our website www.goulburnshow.com.au. As always, there is no entry fee, unless otherwise stated.
If you have any queries, or would like some assistance please contact the Show Office and leave your details and Narelle Shinfield will contact you.
