Hi, I’m Noah Beardmore and on Thursday the 25th of November I represented the school at Archdiocesan Public Speaking, hosted by St Patrick’s Parish school in Cooma.

This virtual experience was an excellent opportunity to show and express my public speaking skills, I delivered my speech on how ‘Being Young Is Overrated’ which I believe it can be. All the homework, rules and directions just make a kid go crazy!

I do congratulate Jonah Whitefield of St Patrick’s Cooma and Lucinda Shields of Sacred Heart, Cootamundra, although everyone’s speeches were very well expressed.

I had a great experience at this event. I think that if anyone ever has an opportunity to try something new that they should take it, it just may take you somewhere you haven’t been before…
