Thank you to everyone for supporting our School Book Fair. We were able to keep $1176 worth of books as a reward for hosting the fair. These books will go in our library once they are catalogued and covered. A special thank you to Gemma Loberg, Georgie Lynn, Anna Gill, Danielle Haigh, Shannon Smith and Sarah Pollard for their help with running the fair. 

Thank you to all the parents and grandparents that have assisted so far with covering Library books, we appreciate it.

Please have a good look at home for any overdue Library Books. There are 180 books still at home. If you cannot find them, just write a quick note to me and I will remove the books from previous years off your child's record. Any books that are missing from this year will require a donation to the Library to replace the missing book. I don't want students to stop borrowing because of the fear that they will lose the books. It is a good life skill for students to meet deadlines and take responsibility for borrowed items. I will be looking at a way (this year) of identifying the date the books are due back in the front cover.

We have purchased 3 new book shelves for our Junior Fiction section. This will greatly improve the visual display of books.
