What's happening in... KW and 2YA!
KW have worked hard this term to create a colourful class display. They are so proud of their efforts and are very excited to share their work. The display integrated Science, Creative Arts, and fine motor skills.
On Monday the 21st of March, 2YA and the rest of Stage 1 enjoyed an old school games morning. This complemented our Term 1 History unit, 'Then and Now.' Students have been learning about how daily life in the past differs from theirs.
The students thoroughly enjoyed rotating around the different games and learning how to play them. Students played hopscotch, elastics, skipping, spinning tops, marbles, quoits, string games, hoola hoops, egg and spoons races, sack races and boot throwing. It's been wonderful watching the students play these games in their own time.
