MOTHER’S DAY STALL
Thank you to 5/6M for running the Mother’s Day Stalls. We made a profit of $265. This money helped support the Year 6 Camp.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION (EUCHARIST)
Students will continue Preparation classes on Monday 20th May at St Brigid’s. Candidates are expected to also attend either the Saturday 5pm or Sunday 10am Mass at Ss’ Peter & Paul Cathedral. Students will receive the Sacrament of First Eucharist on Saturday 22nd June at 5pm or Sunday 23rd June at 10am. Please keep these students in your prayers.
National Sorry Day – Sunday 26th May
National Sorry Day is when we remember all the children of the Stolen Generations. They are the children of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were taken from their families, their land and their culture. Our school will recognise and show our support for the Stolen Generations during the normal Friday assembly, in the school hall, on Friday 24th May at 2.45pm. Parents and carers are invited to attend.
