In Year 6, we’ve begun a unit on sustainable farming. As part of our research into different farming methods, we’ve decided to raise our own chickens, starting with fertilized eggs. Students will investigate effective and efficient ways to care for the chicks as they grow into chickens, with the goal of eventually collecting eggs from our own farm.
