The School Community Council met recently. As at every meeting the state of enrolments are discussed. We talked about the success of our recent Open Day. Our school leaders took about 10 families on a tour of the school and we received good feedback. Our Kinder readiness program is having good attendance. The school budget was looked at to see how we are tracking. We appreciate all people paying their fees on time. Our budget looks to be sound at this stage of the year. We also looked at the Community Council finances which are largely supported by the Uniform Shop, Canteen and other fundraisers. The school is grateful to the Council for paying half of the cost of the new fence in the carpark. The canteen runs on a tight margin to support our manager and keep prices low.
